I think I'll make this my personal journal -- as compared to the mandatory one I have to write for my chain of command. Gosh, what to talk about? I want to discuss Corporal Renken, my team leader. He's hilarious and the dinkyest thing at West Point to date. The thing with him is that I really respect him, not just his rank. I love him 'cause he's always doing stuff with me and for me. He almost always approaches me with a positive, helping, caring, corrective attitude. And as a result, I'm improving. I want to look good, not just to get someone off my case, but because I take pride in who I am and where I'm at and want my team leader to look good and have a more pleasant job.
